Live Context delivers relevant support in browser workflows
AI Sidekick is Spekit’s Chrome extension. It works in any web-based application, including Salesforce, Gmail, Gong, Slack, LinkedIn, and all the other web apps reps already use.
Spekit delivers Enablement in the Flow of Work® by ingesting the context of any page and providing relevant deal guidance, training, content recommendations, coaching, and actions. It reviews the current page and surfaces contextual content recommendations for enablement or sharing with buyers. From the same browser tab, a rep can ask a question, review the latest call, find an approved asset, draft a message, or create a Deal Room.
Because AI Sidekick works across any web app, reps get revenue enablement value everywhere they work today.
Embedded Enablement reinforces a defined process at the point of use
Embedded Enablement lets RevOps and enablement teams attach specific guidance to a location or workflow. That may be a definition beside a Salesforce field, opportunity-stage criteria, a reminder inside a new tool, competitive guidance tied to a selling task, or a specific keyword.
When a sales process or message changes, the team updates the guidance in Spekit. That update instantly syncs across any CRM workflow, onboarding content, search result, or connected AI tool where that embedded tooltip has been placed.
Embedded Enablement is configured in Spekit and delivered through the Chrome extension, with no code or configuration required on the web application where it appears. RevOps and enablement teams can quickly place embedded tooltips in a workflow, then update them centrally as processes and messaging change.
Additionally, enablement popups known as Spotlights can be attached to a certain URL and displayed to a specific team at any point. These Spotlights draw attention to an announcement or required action, while Embedded Enablement provides definitions, guidance, and training at a specific point in the workflow.
MCP brings company knowledge and content creation into AI workflows
Spekit MCP connects your MCP-enabled AI tools to Spekit. Users authenticate through OAuth, and Spekit applies their existing user role and content permissions to every interaction and request.
An AI assistant can retrieve approved product guidance, sales process, competitive intelligence, and messaging directly from Spekit. Enablement and Product Marketing teams can create on-brand, trusted GTM content, while reps can create Deal Rooms and deal-specific content, all within the AI tools they’re already using. GTM content created in this way is available for review, reuse, and delivery through the Spekit platform. AI assistants can also work with Deal Rooms where the user’s permissions allow it.
MCP respects the defined user permissions in Spekit and only returns content and answers that the user has access to in Spekit. RevOps can therefore maintain a single source of GTM knowledge in Spekit instead of recreating it for each AI environment.
Technical integrations connect the systems that hold revenue data and content
CRM, conversation intelligence, email, content, and identity systems are often the most critical integrations across the RevOps lifecycle. Spekit provides native integrations across each category:
- Salesforce provides CRM metadata, account and opportunity data, and connects your team’s shared content directly to revenue and pipeline impact.
- Gong provides recent call recaps, key points, next steps, transcript context, and recent calls.
- Slack supports permission-controlled natural language answers, content sources, and Deal Room engagement alerts inside team and individual conversations.
- The Outlook add-in recommends deal-specific content and supports Deal Room creation and sharing directly from the desktop app.

How the common technical integrations work
Salesforce
The core Salesforce Metadata Knowledge integration requires a Salesforce admin or integration user to connect using a one-click OAuth connection and a dedicated integration user. It does not require “Modify All Data,” a managed package, changes to Salesforce records, or write access to the CRM.
An administrator selects the standard and custom objects, fields, picklist values, help text, and page-layout metadata to import. The core connection is read-only and metadata-only.
The Salesforce Revenue Insights integration is a separate, optional connection with a defined record-data scope for analytics.
Gong
A Spekit Account Admin works with a Gong Technical Admin to connect the accounts once. Individual reps do not repeat the setup. Spekit uses read access to identify recent external calls and surface their recap, key points, next steps, and transcript context. Reps see calls where they were a host or participant.
Slack
A Slack workspace administrator installs the Spekit app on the account level. Each user must perform a one-time connection through OAuth. The /spekit command returns permission-aware answers in natural language with source links. Deal Room engagement alerts can be mapped directly to any deal channel for real-time notifications on views, opens, and time spent on each asset.
Outlook
Spekit’s Outlook add-in recommends deal-specific content as reps write emails. Reps can also create, manage, and share Deal Rooms directly from the desktop app, keeping content delivery and buyer follow-up in the email workflow.
Content repositories
Spekit connects to Google Drive, SharePoint, Notion, and Confluence to bring existing documents, presentations, PDFs, spreadsheets, and videos into Spekit. Source syncing makes repository content available through Sidekick chat, search, recommendations, and in-workflow delivery.
SSO and user provisioning
Spekit connects to identity providers including Okta, PingOne, Microsoft Azure, and OneLogin. Organizations can use SSO and supported provisioning controls to manage authentication, account access, and user lifecycle changes through their existing identity system.
