We’ve been named a Visionary, and this is just the beginning
Today, I'm incredibly proud to share that we've been named a Visionary in the very first 2025 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Revenue Enablement Platforms.
At Spekit, we are building the coaching, enablement, and acceleration platform for go-to-market teams, and we believe our position as a Visionary in this quadrant reflects the exact future we’ve been working toward. Gartner’s report evaluates vendors based on their ability to execute and completeness of vision.
Why this moment matters and what it means to be named a Visionary
As our founder, placement in this quadrant as a Visionary is especially meaningful to me.
Visionaries don’t wait for the market to ask for something; they build the thing that seems too bold, too early, too impossible until one day, it isn’t.
The visionaries who have most inspired me are Steve Jobs, Elon Musk, and Mark Zuckerberg. Why? Because they have consistently delivered ideas and products that initially seemed unrealistic or even unnecessary…until suddenly, there was no going back. They changed our behavior and our world forever.
That’s the too-big, too-impossible, too-bold kind of vision we’ve had for transforming how reps learn and master their roles since the day we founded Spekit.
It’s a vision for a world where reps work and learn 10x faster than they do today, powered by coaching and content that is intelligent, contextual, and in their flow of work, all powered by information that is trusted and automatically maintained.
And while it feels almost impossible to imagine a future where teams are consistently made up of reps closing $10M ARR quotas, I genuinely believe it’s just around the corner. Our team's hackathon yesterday reminded me of that.
It’s a future where employees, from reps to engineers, hit their goals 10x faster and with far more ease, because their Sidekick is there to support, coach, and automate tasks every step of the way.
And customers are already seeing the benefits of that lift in speed.
“Spekit is the one platform I’d take with me to any company. It’s become core to how we work by optimizing workflows and empowering every rep to learn in the flow of work. Since implementing, our onboarding cycle has shortened by 25%, taking us from a four-week bootcamp to just three,” said Angie Apostolidis, Global Head of Sales and CX Enablement at Employment Hero. “That kind of speed to competency is huge for a high-growth business like ours. We’ve seen massive improvements in productivity and self-service learning because managers can’t be everywhere at once, but with Spekit, every employee gets exactly what they need, when they need it.”
While other platforms have optimized for feature breadth, I’m proud that we’ve chosen focus: building an intelligence layer that meets reps wherever they work and unites content, context, and action, so GTM teams can perform smarter and grow faster.
We’re proud to be recognized for that focus. But what excites me most isn’t the title, it’s what it represents: proof that enablement is evolving. That companies no longer have to choose between adoption and agility. The just-in-time approach, which we’ve believed in since day one, is paving the way for the future of workplace learning. Now that’s impact.
How is Spekit’s approach Visionary, and why does it matter?
We’ve entered what I call in my book: Just-in-time: The Future of Enablement in a World of AI, the Change Economy, an era defined by accelerating innovation, globalization, and AI-driven disruption.
Product cycles are accelerating, technology budgets are getting cut, teams are being asked to do more with less, while the playbooks they rely on can’t keep up. What worked for teams in a static, “train-then-do” world is collapsing under the pressure of AI-driven change and creating a large gap between the rate at which reps can learn, absorb, and adopt this new information to drive performance, and the rate of change itself.

Closing this gap requires a new approach. Enablement can no longer live in a static portal. It has to live everywhere work happens.
At Spekit, we’ve spent years unifying knowledge, coaching, and automation into one adaptive system that evolves as quickly as your business does. Our platform brings together three core layers that power this transformation:
1. Curated content and knowledge engine: Our dynamic, AI-powered knowledge system that evolves with your business, keeping trusted content accurate, connected, and accessible to the right teams at the right times. This living foundation fuels automated workflows, contextual coaching, and dynamic content delivery at scale.
Unified Deal Intelligence: Our orchestration layer that harmonizes the scattered signals that live across today’s exploding GTM tech stack — from CRM and call transcripts to emails, engagement analytics, and buyer activity into a single, dynamic understanding of the deal and the rep’s exact moment. With this unified context, Sidekick can interpret what’s happening, why it matters, and what should happen next, while AI agents orchestrate tailored insights, recommendations, and actions across every tool the rep uses. And with Revenue Insights revealing which content, behaviors, and steps truly drive outcomes, the system continuously learns and improves, making coaching smarter, execution faster, and reps more effective with every interaction.
Contextual coaching and content delivery: Powered by trusted, dynamic content and a real-time understanding of a rep’s workflow, Sidekick doesn’t just coach — it acts. It automatically surfaces the most relevant coaching and content in the moment of need and uses intelligent agents to streamline or complete key steps, helping reps move from insight to action without leaving their workflow. Sidekick closes the gap between knowing what to do and getting it done.
Together, these layers transform enablement from a static repository into a living, learning growth engine that continuously adapts, optimizes, and accelerates revenue performance.
Our first Magic Quadrant and our next chapter
This milestone means a lot to our team. It’s our first inclusion in the Magic Quadrant™, and we landed as a Visionary, right on the edge of the Leaders quadrant.
That’s a testament to years of conviction: to our customers who bet on us early, to the investors who saw the long game, and to a team that refused to take shortcuts.
It’s also a reminder that every “Visionary” moment starts as a crazy idea. That maybe, just maybe, thinking differently about how humans learn and adapt could change how organizations grow.
We’re just getting started.
